Terms & Conditions – pak68 User Agreement

To register and use the pak68 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pak68 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• You are accessing pak68 as an individual and not on behalf of a third party. Each player may hold only one account on the pak68 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing pak68 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of pak68 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from pak68 under a self-exclusion agreement or a platform enforcement action.

pak68 permits one account per person, per household, and per device. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in forfeiture of balances, voiding of bonuses, and permanent account closure.

You must notify pak68 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pak68 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain password security or from sharing your login details with any third party.

pak68 reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive when no login, deposit, or bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, pak68 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at their registered contact details.

pak68 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are published in the account cashier section.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pak68 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

pak68 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide all requested documentation — including CNIC copies and proof of payment method ownership — promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will delay withdrawal processing.

pak68 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. While same-day processing to mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is typical for fully verified accounts in good standing, processing times may vary based on payment provider systems, account tier, and compliance review requirements.

• Deposits are credited to your pak68 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagered. Contact support immediately if you deposit an incorrect amount before placing any bets.
• pak68 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions.

All bets placed on pak68 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product type — cricket betting, casino games, card games, or slots. Product-specific rules are published within each game and market section of the platform and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the pak68 system, it is final. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred except where pak68's rules for a specific product expressly permit a cash-out or cancellation option.

pak68 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was accepted at an obviously erroneous price or odds caused by a technical fault or human error.
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was manipulated or that the player had advance knowledge of an irregular outcome.
• The event was cancelled, abandoned, or materially changed prior to the point at which a result was determined under pak68's applicable betting rules.
• The player's account shows evidence of exploitation of a pricing error, collusion, or other fraudulent activity.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are published within the relevant sections of the pak68 platform and may be adjusted at pak68's discretion without prior notice.

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on pak68 are subject to specific terms attached to each offer. These offer-level terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus funds — take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions where there is a conflict.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your pak68 balance. Wagering requirements must be completed before any amount derived from a bonus can be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak68 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pak68 platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, card games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.

In any event, pak68's aggregate liability to you for direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak68 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details held on their account — typically by on-platform notification — with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Continued use of the pak68 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
